We created Parent & Me classes to promote parent involvement with each class is designed to help new parents bond with their children while they network with other young families. Parent & Me classes at the JCA are FREE and open to the entire community.

Overview

Created to give families in our community a place to bond with their children, Parent & Me classes give parents the opportunity to meet other families navigating life with a new little one.

Learn, play and grow! The Parent & Me program at the JCA began three decades ago in effort to support the evolving needs of families in our community. Parent & Me offers families a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment to learn and grow together. We offer a variety of programs for guardians and parents and their young children, including yoga, stroller exercises, music, art, story time, cooking and celebrations of Jewish culture.

Do I have to register to attend?

Yes. For security reasons, registration is required to attend our Parent & Me Classes. Parent & Me is FREE and open to all families in our community.

Do I have to be a JCA member to participate?

No, membership at the JCA is not required to attend.

How do these classes help children develop?
