The Jewish Community Alliance (JCA) is a non-profit community center affiliated with the Jacksonville Jewish Federation, the United Way of Northeast Florida and the Jewish Community Centers of North America. Digital Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing


  • Create and maintain original content calendar for owned digital channels. Work as a part of the core Marketing team to keep content consistent, accurate, branded, and up to date while developing web, social media, and other content for various departments.
  • Prepare monthly staff e-newsletter and weekly member e-newsletter using Constant Contact. Refresh and maintain all internal digital signage.
  • Take live video footage and images of JCA programs and events to share on owned digital channels.
  • Maintain repository of current media to be used on all content channels and maintain current and subscriber-driven YouTube channel.
  • Operate the organization’s Google AdWords grant and assist with and schedule print publications or ghost-writing writing. Organize, update, and maintain the JCA website including SEO and share monthly reports and design updates.
  • Must have knowledge of how popular digital media services drive brand awareness and execute across those channels.
  • Track and understand statistics, data and web analytics reports to know how to pull out relevant information to establish a clear strategic direction.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website, social and live streaming optimization and monitor key social, .com, and email marketing metrics to track success
  • Conduct quarterly social media audits and provide reports of best practices across the industry and for the direct community.


  • 4+ Years of experience in digital marketing and web design
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns and live streaming
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred
  • Knowledge of video and picture editing software such as Adobe
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Incredible attention to detail and belief in JCA mission and values
  • Problem solving skills and drive to be successful in the role

Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor

Part Time: $30 – $35 an hour

Department: Fitness and Wellness

Description:Seeking a highly motivated, friendly, and energetic Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our fitness team. Instructors must have a desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment by developing relationships with potential and existing clients and receive commission based on sessions. We are looking for punctual, reliable and dedicated instructors with confidence in working with all levels of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner. Early morning availability (5:30 – 8 am) and weekend availability are preferred.


  • Current full apparatus Comprehensive Pilates Certification is preferred but not required, must have certification in training standard Reformer, Trapeze or Cadillac with 250 hours of experience or equivalent.
  • Current Pilates Mat certification and experience teaching group classes.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective private, duet or trio Pilates Reformer instruction.
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid
  • Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor certifications from a nationally accredited organization preferred.
  • A degree in Exercise Science or a related field preferred.

On-Call Receptionist

Department: Accounting

Description and Qualifications:  Attention to detail and customer service experience is required.  A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is needed.  This position requires the ability to multi task in an environment that is fast paced.

Swim Instructor/Coach

Part Time: Potential to earn up to $24 an hour with group and private lessons.

Department: Aquatics

Description:  Instructor/Coach needed to work with kids and adults. Will work with beginners to more advanced swimmers in our two pools. Flexible hours during daytime and evening available.

Qualifications: American Red Cross Certified Swim Instructor. Minimum 1 year experience.

Description: Babysitter needed to supervise children ages 3 to 9 years old while parents utilize the facility.

Qualifications: CPR/AED/First Aid. Minimum 1 year experience. Babysitting Certification preferred.

Description: Guard responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ensuring safety and responding to emergency situations within training scope, swim testing, chemical testing, basic cleaning, reporting to aquatics managers.
