Natalia is an early childhood pedagogical leader with a constructivist vision of teaching and learning. She currently serves as Director of Early Childhood at the Michele Block Gan Yeladim Preschool and Kindergarten in Jacksonville, FL, where she has guided the development of a reflective, research driven school culture grounded in relationships, inquiry, and collaboration.

With a background in Montessori education and a master’s degree in early childhood and early childhood special education from NYU, Natalia brings a deep understanding of child development, curriculum design, and responsive teaching. Her work centers on bridging theory and practice, supporting educators to interpret children’s thinking, design meaningful learning experiences, and engage in ongoing pedagogical research.

Natalia has participated in and led study tours to Reggio Emilia, Italy, facilitating the translation of Reggio inspired principles into everyday classroom practice. Drawing on experience in both national and international school settings, she designs and leads professional learning for educators, presents nationally on constructivism and emotionally responsive practice, and works to build systems that position both children and teachers as researchers.
