Our unique philosophy and method of individualizing nutritional care helps address the root cause of dietary imbalance.

Our fitness and wellness professionals work directly with clients to pair them with a nutritionist who addresses the root cause of nutritional imbalance in each client to create a personalized nutrition plan.

Nutrition packages at the JCA include a 90-minute consultation with a registered dietician and two 45-minute follow-up sessions. A customized three-day sample diet, guides for grocery shopping, cooking tips and recipes are provided to every client.

Competitive athletes who want to perform at an elite level receive sport-specific customized training plans, recovery day meal plans, information about supplements as well as one-on-one consultations with a coach.
