Overview

Inspired by the teaching and learning in Reggio Emilia, Italy, our relationship-driven program focuses on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Our approach is both child-centered and directed, understanding that learning must make sense to the student to be effective and meaningful.

The curriculum is designed to support the holistic development of toddlers, encompassing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical aspects of their growth. The daily context is play-centered, allowing children to engage in hands-on experiences, art exploration, sensory play, and group interactions.

The Busy Bee program provides a strong emphasis on modeling appropriate language and positive social interactions to facilitate an environment where trust, communication and compassion are represented and valued. Children in our Busy Bee program safely explore their independence and practice autonomy as they build an understanding of how their bodies move, make choices on what materials to explore and practice working with peers in a group setting.
