Fore! Are you ready to improve your golf game this summer?

Join Grant Helm at 8 am on Fri, Jun 13 at the JCA to learn better ways to unlock your body, and gain a greater range of motion, while you significantly improve your game.

Grant’s Golf Strength & Mobility Clinic will focus on the little things you can do to make the most of your time on the links this summer.

When we sit at our desks all day, it results in shortened hip flexors and tightened hamstrings which also restricts the rotation through the torso. You not only improve your mobility by combining good stretching practices and muscular development exercises – you are also less susceptible to injuries. 

This workshop will teach you the right stretches to incorporate in your daily routine for a more powerful and fluid golf swing. Grant will also share information about targeted strength training exercises for the upper body, core, and legs, that can help you better control your golf swings.

Our Golf Strength & Mobility Clinic is free to valued JCA members, ages 13+.
