Baptist Health Wellness Center
This class, taught by certified PT Ryan Neale, provides a foundational overview of proper form for common weightlifting exercises, including squats, deadlifts, presses, and lat pulldowns. Participants will learn how to perform each movement safely and effectively to maximize results and reduce the risk of injury. Registration is required by Mar 9.
