Howard joined the JCA’s development team in 2025 with decades of professional business experience.

With a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Alabama, Howard is known for his entrepreneurial mindset and experience in building sustainable partnerships throughout Duval County. Howard is passionate about driving the growth of the JCA and says he looks forward to fostering collaboration with local business partners in his role and developing new ways to deliver meaningful community impact.

A second-generation Jacksonville native and lifelong fan of our Jewish Community Alliance, Howard and his wife Stephanie have raised their daughters in Jacksonville and looks forward to many years as a professional in the River City.

When Howard isn’t working at the JCA, he can usually be found playing racquetball on our courts. Howard loves being out on the open water, fishing, spending time with his family and cheering on Alabama’s football team.
