A 30-year United States Navy veteran, our Director of Facilities Management Cal Barker has experience in cryptology, navigation, combat systems, engineering, damage control and foreign military sales. Born in Pensacola, Florida, Cal grew up in the military and was able to travel the world with his father, as well as during his own service to our country.

With more than 46 years of experience, Cal is proud to have served the JCA for nearly two decades with his vast knowledge and expertise. Cal’s family has also found fulfilling careers at our JCA; his wife Robbie is our Facilities Opener/Gardner, and two of their four children have worked here.

When Cal’s not at the JCA he is busy working on his sports cars and being a grandad. Cal has seven grandchildren, three of whom attended our Michele Block Gan Yeladim Preschool & Kindergarten.
