From our fantastic health and wellness programs to the outstanding cultural events hosted in our safe and nurturing environment, Membership Specialist Hollie Arnold affectionately calls our JCA a jewel on Jacksonville’s southside.

Born and raised in the River City, Hollie attended Terry Parker High School before earning her degree at Jacksonville University. Hollie first joined the JCA family in 1990 as our Communications and Membership Director. Now a JCA staff member for more than three decades, Hollie says guiding new members and sharing the important ways our JCA can change families’ lives is the best part of her duties as a membership specialist. 

Hollie and her husband Hank love to walk together, which prompted them to start our JCA’s Walking Club in 2017. When they are not on our JCA campus, Hollie and Hank are planning walking excursions and adventures for our community. They also love to cook together, spend time with their grandchildren, visit area lighthouses and go shelling.
