Pottery and Art Studios
- New pottery and art studios designed to amplify natural light and stocked with equipment and artist amenities
Updated and Expanded Early Childhood and Youth Area
- New two-story building, the first floor dedicated to the preschool and second for staff space
- A new playground for all ages will be installed in the courtyard – for holistic play, allowing imagination and creative minds – stimulating the minds and curiosity of children at all ages
Michele Block Gan Yeladim Preschool & Kindergarten Updates
- A gross motor room with an indoor play area for preschool children
- A sensory room to better accommodate children with diverse abilities
- Two new classrooms for the preschool
- The Deanna Lissner Teacher Lounge for early childhood teachers
Youth Services Updates
- Five new rooms, plus tutoring and a common area allowing us to expand our award-winning after-school programs
- Youth Staff offices

Selevan Family Aquatics Center

- Extending 30 feet from where the outdoor pool is today, the JCA is building a brand new splash park for members of all ages to enjoy

- Lifeguard and First Aid station
- Outdoor pool will now be heated so that it can stay open all year long
Selevan Family Aquatics Center

Splash Pad
- With shade sails, a grassy area and benches – there will be places for families to relax and store their items while they enjoy the new splash pad and updated outdoor pool
Updated Tennis Courts and New Pickleball Courts
- Resurfaced Har-Tru Clay tennis courts
- Four new pickleball courts
Fitness and Wellness Updates
- New wellness wing with expanded locations for our Wellness Partners – Brooks Rehabilitation and Baptist Health Center
- The Miller Families Fitness & Wellness Center will encompass an expanded and completely redesigned fitness center and wellness area
- Larger personal training studio
- New larger Pilates studio
- Enhanced and expanded group fitness class studio with a stage for instructor
- Active Fit Wellness Room
- Outdoor fitness area with equipment, 40-yard stride area – “Eiffel’s Playground” allows athletes to enhance their sports conditioning.
Locker Rooms Updates
- Updated and remodeled men/women locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms
- Five private family locker rooms complete with shower, toilet and sink
Bessie Setzer Frisch Auditorium Updates
- Improved fire safety throughout the auditorium and the entire JCA campus.
- Multiple backstage improvements

- New ceiling-mounted microphones and updated sound system
- New stage curtain
