Adaptive swim instruction, like our Sensory Safe Swimming program is designed specifically for autistic children and adults and led by JCA’s Red Cross-certified instructors with sensory-aware training. For many families, this is the first aquatics program they experience where their child is truly supported – and we believe it is critical for a foundation of wellness around water.
Through partnerships with the North Florida School of Special Education and Special Olympics Florida, our JCA is making a difference by providing access to aquatics and fitness programs to children.
