The JCA Ranks Number One on the Continent!

According to benchmarking survey results from the Jewish Community Centers Association, the JCA is ranked as the friendliest, most engaged, frequently visited Jewish Community Center with the highest customer satisfaction rate in North America.

The results are in and our Jewish Community Alliance (JCA) in Jacksonville is celebrating a continental win! According to benchmarking survey results from the Jewish Community Centers Association of North America, the JCA is ranked as the friendliest, most engaged, and frequently visited Jewish Community Center with the highest customer satisfaction rate.

Last year, we asked our valued members to complete a comprehensive survey about their experiences at the JCA. A powerful tool to measure the impact we have in our community in comparison to our peers, the JCC Association hired a third-party personnel firm to conduct the survey.

“The JCA is a remarkable organization and the energy with forward motion on campus is palpable,” said JCC Association’s Todd Rockoff who serves as president and CEO of the JCC located in Tucson, Arizona. “Membership at the JCA is growing and that growth is higher than the trend throughout the country. Where many Jewish Community Centers are still working their way back from the drop during the pandemic, the JCA has the highest member retention in the nation. Additionally, 94% of those surveyed in 2023 agree that the JCA contributes to the overall welfare of the community.”

The JCC Association’s proprietary benchmarking helps our JCA recognize strengths and evaluate what needs to improve while it also shares details about the impact our services have on the greater community. Both qualitatively and quantitatively, thousands of survey results from participating JCCs around the country showed us that our JCA is thriving and will remain a premiere institution in Jacksonville for many years to come.

“We always strive to do our best to lead with Jewish values in the tradition of our heritage. The benchmarking survey results confirm that these values are universally appreciated and lead to a more cohesive community,” said Adam Chaskin CEO of the Jewish Community Alliance. “The JCA has been an integral part of this community since our doors opened in 1988. It is very flattering to receive this kind of response to our JCA programs and the community we all love. As we look toward the future and continuous growth on our campus, it is extremely rewarding to know that we are doing our part to improve our community and the lives of every person who comes here.”
