I am proud to lead MELT classes on Sunday at the JCA as our Certified MELT Method Instructor. By teaching a variety of techniques, I can help our members experience what works for them so they can quickly learn the practice and use this specialized self-care safely at home.
Members please be aware, MELT is not a replacement for your exercise routines and workouts, and it is not a stretching nor a foam roller program. Whether you are a desk worker or a high-performance athlete, practicing MELT can help restore fascia to a healthy and supportive state.
