Born and raised in Jacksonville, our System Administrator, Rebekah Duclos dedicates her time to ensuring our members can register for every JCA program they love with ease. Rebekah joined the JCA family in 2014 as a front desk receptionist before being promoted to her current role.
With a bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Parks and Sports Management, Rebekah specialized her education at the University of Florida to include tourism and hospitality management. Additionally, Rebekah holds a second bachelor’s degree in Recreation Therapy from Florida International University.
Rebekah served as a National Park Service guide for three years and worked at a bed and breakfast while interning at an inpatient psych ward and substance abuse treatment program. Rebekah says she finds her job at the JCA extremely rewarding, noting how fulfilling it is to see the impact of her efforts nearly every day.
When Rebekah’s not busy supporting our staff with her knowledge, she can be found traveling! Rebekah likes to travel out of the country once every year. So far, she’s ventured to Italy, Austria, France, England and Quebec, and is planning her next journey to Greece.
