Our CEO, Adam Chaskin joined the Jewish Community Alliance in 2018, with more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles at nonprofit community organizations and universities throughout the United States.
Drawn to the JCA for the opportunity to lead the number one Jewish community organization in the country, Adam’s diverse experience includes serving as executive director and program director with Jewish Community Centers in New York and coaching various nationally recognized basketball teams, including the U.S. National Maccabi team, Elon College, North Carolina A&T State University, University of North Carolina Greensboro and Siena College in Albany, NY.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering and a Master of Science in Physical Education. Additionally, Adam is a certified graduate of The Jewish Experiential Leadership Institute, the FBI Citizens Academy and multiple leadership programs in New York and Florida.
With a superior ability to manage growth and large-scale enhancement projects, Adam is driven by his passion to continuously achieve better organizational efficiencies. Adam attributes his long and successful career in leadership to his innate ability to process large-scale information while focusing on and refining the small details involved with every major project.
As CEO of our JCA, Adam has maintained the agency’s top national ranking while successfully implementing updated processes and new technologies at the JCA. Under Adam’s leadership, the integration of Salesforce, our customer relationship management platform, and the launch of the My J smartphone app, have streamlined processes to provide better resources to valued JCA members.
Adam and his wife Regina moved to Jacksonville in 2018 from New York’s Capital Region, they reside in the Mandarin area. In his free time, Adam enjoys traveling and visiting with his sons, Grant and Noah.
