The Baptist Health Wellness Center is a unique and innovative partnership between Baptist Health and the JCA that began in 2015.

The mission of the Baptist Health Wellness Center is to support members of our community, of all ages, as they make lifestyle changes to improve health and wellbeing.

New Mothers Support Group

Share your experience as a new mother from the comfort of your homes. We’ll talk about babies, ourselves – physical and emotional, what is working and not working, and how things are going. Click here to register!

First Year Baby Safety Essentials

This class will cover the most common injuries to babies in the first year along with preventive childproofing measures. A first aid lecture and a demonstration of infant/child CPR and choking procedures are also included. Click here to learn more!

Early Pregnancy Class

Get a jumpstart on preparing for an amazing pregnancy. This pre-recorded virtual class provides up-to-date essentials for a confident and informed pregnancy. How do I schedule a coaching session?

Click here! You will be asked to enter in your contact information so a Wellness Coach can reach out to you to set up your coaching session.

What will happen during a coaching session?

A Wellness Coach will review your assessment report to determine areas of health improvement while setting goals toward a healthier lifestyle. The Wellness Coach will screen your blood pressure, body composition, cholesterol, glucose and triglycerides. The coaches are able to help connect you with a primary care physician in your area if you need one.

What is the cost?
