The Compass Academy: Powered by the JCA

The Compass Academy is a professional learning and teacher development initiative focused on supporting early childhood educators through reflective practice, pedagogical research, and relationship-driven teaching. Grounded in constructivist approaches, the academy offers workshops, coaching, collaborative study, and professional development experiences designed to deepen educators’ understanding of children, learning, and intentional classroom practice.

Registration $495 for up to four people. Each additional is $75.
