Olive Oil Tasting with Olive Amelia

Valued throughout the world for centuries, olive oil has multiple uses and health benefits. We put olive oil on salads, in marinades, dip bread in it, bake with it and some people even drizzle it on ice cream. Olive Amelia is coming to the JCA to teach us all about olive oil, and to share a variety of samples and foods made with olive oil. Minimum enrollment is required for this delicious program; the deadline to register is Nov 22.
