Group Fitness

The JCA’s group fitness program provides a safe, effective, and positive exercise environment that focuses on helping members create a healthy lifestyle through a variety of group fitness classes. We offer more than 50 free group fitness classes on our weekly group fitness schedule. We also offer complementary free Kid Kare during most group fitness classes to ensure you have time to join us without worrying about your schedule; please check the Kid Kare page for their hours.
