Taekwondo is an exciting martial art that combines a variety of kicks, strikes, and blocks into a dynamic system of sport, self-defense, and fun. More importantly, taekwondo is an activity that reinforces positive characteristics to assist individuals to become better citizens of the community. Through regular training, participants develop and learn the value of self-confidence, self-control, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, and indomitable spirit. Master Frederick Vescera brings a lot of experience and energy having taught all ages from 3-75 years old while embodying the 5 tenets of Taekwondo.
Master Frederick Vescera:
• 3rd Degree Certified Black belt and 1st in Hapkido
• 25 years of Taekwondo Training
• 20 years experience as Taekwodo Instructor
• 9 time state and regional champion
• 5 national champion time gold medalist
• 10 years of personal training
• 3 years of wrestling experience
• 3rd Degree Certified Black belt and 1st in Hapkido
• 25 years of Taekwondo Training
• 20 years experience as Taekwodo Instructor
• 9 time state and regional champion

Taekwondo Uniform Requirement
• Taekwondo Uniforms (Dobok) will be required. Master Freddy will reach out to registered participants about uniform requirements. The estimated uniform cost $30.
