Dear JCA Valued Members,
Upon monitoring the ongoing situation concerning COVID-19 and with the health and wellbeing of our valued members, guests and staff in mind, we have made the decision to extend the suspension of agency operations until April 16 at 1 pm. This will include all programs and services. We will continue to review and communicate with the appropriate federal, state and local resources to determine next steps and provide you with weekly updates should circumstances change.
During this time, some of our services have been transferred to a digital platform via our Facebook groups and website. We are glad to see that many of you are enthusiastically participating in this opportunity to stay connected and engaged with your fellow members and JCA staff, and we will continue to find ways to reach you virtually.
As a non-profit organization, we are committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our community. Therefore, JCA dues in April and May will be offered at 50% of your regular monthly fee. Though our building is closed, our normal operating expenses remain. This reduction will ensure we can continue to pay our employees during this closure.
If you would like to forego this dues adjustment, please let us know, and we will convert your adjustment into a tax-deductible, charitable donation. Your generosity will make you our partner in offering support to those in our community who rely on us most.
