Savvy Caregivers

For those who are caring for someone with Dementia or Alzheimer’s or some other neurocognitive disorder, Area Health Education Center (AHEC) instructors will guide you to develop strategies and master skills to support your personal caregiving situation. Caregivers will find ways to reduce the effects of stress through planning and self-care. Continuing care is offered once classes are completed.
