Museum of the Southern Jewish Experience – In Person at the JCA

We are going on a virtual tour to explore the stories in the galleries of the newly opened Museum of the Southern Jewish Experience (MSJE). Spanning thirteen states and three hundred years, the MSJE's core exhibition explores the diverse relationships, experiences, and environments encountered by Jewish communities in the South. We’ll discuss artifacts and stories from early American Jewish immigrants and learn how they navigated the South to build communities and maintain their identity to become part of the fabric of Southern society. During this virtual tour experience, the MSJE team will walk us through its galleries and lead a conversation about the unique yet universal story.
