Couch to 5K Monday

In preparation for Racing Against Hate 5K Run/Walk, our personal trainers will guide you through a seven-week training program to prepare you for the 5 K outdoor run/walk on Sunday, February 25th at 1pm. This introductory course will provide a well-balanced approach incorporating strength training, stretching and cardiovascular conditioning for the novice and intermediate runner/walker.
